We offer a free, or low-cost, counselling and psychotherapy service for women and girls on low incomes in Leeds.
We work with disadvantaged or marginalised women and girls facing complex health and social situations. We help them to recover from experiences of abuse, violence, neglect, trauma and mental ill health.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we will be unavailable to respond to any queries as we are closed for the Christmas period from 20th December and we will be back Monday 6th January 2025. For information, Mindwell has produced a useful guide to Christmas and New Year Opening times 2024. It may be helpful to pass on to people who have accessed your support, should they need support over the winter break.
We open and close our waiting list to make sure women don’t wait too long for support. Please find out more about requesting a service.
